1. Offer Overview

Customers who place a qualifying worktop order with a minimum value of £3,500 (including VAT) from a participating Granite & TREND Transformations franchise will receive a complimentary premium sink & tap package with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of up to £500 including VAT.

The complimentary premium sink & tap package will be supplied as part of the qualifying order and is subject to product availability.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The promotion applies to new customer orders placed between 1 September and 6 October 2026, inclusive.
• A minimum worktop order value of £3,500 (including VAT) applies.
• The qualifying £3,500 minimum order value relates to the worktops and associated worktop installation only.
• Additional products, including replacement kitchen doors, splashbacks, appliances, sinks, taps and accessories, do not contribute towards the qualifying £3,500 worktop order value.
• To qualify for the promotion, a deposit must be paid between 1 September and 6 October 2026.
• Installation may take place after 6 October 2026, subject to survey, product availability and installation schedules.

3. Complimentary Sink & Tap Package

• Customers may select a premium sink & tap package with a combined Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of up to £500 (including VAT).
• If the selected sink & tap package has a combined RRP exceeding £500, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
• The complimentary sink & tap package is available only with qualifying orders and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative promotional incentive.
• Product selection is subject to availability at the time of ordering.

4. Participating Locations

• This promotion is available only at participating Granite & TREND Transformations franchise locations throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
• Customers should confirm participation with their local showroom before placing an order.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, finance incentive or promotional campaign unless expressly agreed by the participating franchise.
• The promotion does not apply to:
  • Existing customer orders.
  • Quotations issued before 1 September 2026.
  • Orders placed after 6 October 2026.
• The complimentary sink & tap package is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The promotion applies to domestic residential customers only.

6. Christmas Installation

• This promotion has been designed to encourage customers to book early for the best opportunity to have their kitchen transformation completed before Christmas.
• Whilst every effort will be made to complete qualifying installations before the festive period, Granite & TREND Transformations cannot guarantee installation before Christmas.
• Installation dates are subject to survey, product availability, manufacturing lead times, installer availability and the customer’s acceptance of proposed installation dates.
• Customers are encouraged to book their free design consultation and place their order as early as possible during the promotional period.

7. General Conditions

• Each Granite & TREND Transformations showroom is independently owned and operated. All contracts for the supply and installation of products are between the customer and the participating franchisee.
• Granite & TREND Transformations and participating franchisees reserve the right to amend, withdraw, suspend or extend this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
• In the event of unforeseen product supply issues, Granite & TREND Transformations reserves the right to substitute the complimentary sink and/or tap with an alternative product of equivalent value and quality.
• Any decision relating to the eligibility of an order for this promotion shall be final.
• Errors and omissions excepted.

8. Promoter Information

This promotion is coordinated by Rocksolid Granit (Europe) Ltd, franchisor of the Granite & TREND Transformations network, on behalf of participating franchisees.
